Full Trait Catalog

Every trait in the game: 552 traits across 17 categories. This is the complete reference. For how traits change, interact, and drive behavior, see Crew, Traits & Loyalty. For why each of these is a living dimension and not a stat on a sheet, see Traits: not a spreadsheet.

NOTE

Every trait is a value from 0 to 100. Today a focused subset is wired to gameplay (gates, thresholds, combat, inference) and the rest shape backstory and character. The direction is to deepen more of them over time, so treat this catalog as a living document, not a finished ceiling.
